Mentoring Programme
Aalto University Mentoring Programme brings together alumni and students with a view to promote students´ career knowledge and self-development of both parties.
The goal of the mentoring programme is to attain professional and intellectual growth, clarify the career options of students and help them to succeed in their studies. The mentors get the opportunity to develop as mentors and coaches, strengthen their working life skills and get insight into the ideas of young students.
