IT Service Desk is a contact point to the users of the Aalto University IT needing help and information. There are local service desks on every campus. You can ask for help by email, telephone or visiting the service desk during opening hours.

During the academic term:
- Mon - Thu 8.30 am - 5.00 pm, Fri 8.30 am - 4.00 pm
During summer 1.6.-31.8. and Christmas:
- Mon - Thu 8.00 am - 3.45 pm, in July Fri 8.00 am - 3.00 pm
Attn! On Fridays closed during 10 am - 11 am.
