At the HelpDesk service point you can:

  • enroll at the university for the academic year
  • get a certificate of enrollment (you must provide a valid student card or a payment receipt for the AYY Student Union membership fee)
  • update your personal data in the student register (change of name can only be done by informing the office in written form)
  • take care of matters related to your record of studies
  • get an official signed transcript of records with the school stamp
  • pick up administrative materials related to studies (forms, instructions, guides etc.)
  • ask where to find the right information or person to help you with your specific questions
