When using any of our chargeable services, you have the opportunity to send posters to be placed into our bulletin boards (restricted to 5 pieces and max. A3 size). In other cases we cannot accept posters.
VAT of 24 % will be added to all the prices. All rights for price changes reserved. In case the assignment is cancelled by the client, Career Services has a right to charge the costs of the work already done.

Targeted Mailing (150 € + 2 or 5 €/student)
Through Career Services you can reach a targeted group of Aalto School of Business students using Targeted Mailing. The message is sent via either email (2 € / student) or traditional mail (5 € / student) according to your wishes.
Targeted Mailing is commonly used for
- marketing your trainee prorgamme
- or marketing other larger recruitingcampaign (summer jobs, etc)
- promoting your career related event (e.g. Employer Event).
- study programme,
- year of admission and / or
- credits accrued so far.
When needed, you can also reach students from Aalto University's other schools and Hanken (www.hanken.fi) through us. At the School of Business, we can send the mails within 3 working days of receiving the confirmation of order.
All the students who have given their permission to use their contact information in the student registry for recruiting purposes are able to receive these messages.
Note: Basic fee (150 €) will not be charged when using Targeted Mailing for promoting ARENA Career Fair or other events organized in the School of Business.
Marketing Your Recruiting Events (100 €)
When organizing a career related event for our students outside the School of Business campus area you can promote it to our students through the Event Calendar in CareerWeb. We publish the event advert and when needed even take care of the enrollment.
Marketing on our Facebook page (100 €)
We offer a possibility to promote your career related events, open positions and other career related issues on our Facebook page.
Our Facebook page reaches students from all of the six Aalto University's schools.
Posting on our News in CareerWeb (100 €)
In the CareerWeb's News you can post career related issues such as case competitions, research news or invites to take part in a survey. In the News we do not publish job adverts or event invititations.
Material Distribution at the Töölö Campus (100 €)
For a nominal fee, we assist you in distributing your career related material in the School of Business.
The price includes max. 300 copies of brochures / publications to be distributed in the main lobby of the school for one day and for a week in the immediacy of the Career Services office.

We do not accept any material without a confirmation of order placed beforehand. We will return all materials at the expense of the sender sent to us without a distribution agreement.
